Terms of Service

KYRA AI MDR ("the Service") is a cloud-based Managed Detection and Response platform operated by Seekers Lab (시커스랩) ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service provides AI-powered threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, and response capabilities for organizations.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. Each account is intended for use by a single organization. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Customer Data and will not sell or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, interfaces, documentation, and related materials, is the proprietary property of Seekers Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Service to improve our products, develop new features, and conduct research. Such data will not identify you or your organization.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Support is provided according to the terms of your subscription plan.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will detect all security threats, prevent all breaches, or be free from vulnerabilities. The Service is intended to assist with threat detection and response and should be used as part of a comprehensive security strategy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEKERS LAB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
